Walkabout Orthotics and Prosthetics had outgrown its existing space and needed to expand with a new or renovated facility to better serve their customers and meet their own staff's needs. This project consists of approximately 15,000 SF of interior renovations along with an exterior façade and site improvements of a vacant building on Wausau's west side. On the interior, there is approximately 10,000 SF of renovated reception, lobby, restrooms, exam, meeting and office space and approximately 5,000 SF of fabrication space.
