Willow Creek Women’s Clinic was designed to provide a welcoming, comfortable, and supportive healthcare environment tailored to the unique needs of women. Unlike traditional healthcare facilities, the 4,170-square-foot renovation emphasizes a smaller, more intimate setting that prioritizes patient comfort, privacy, safety, and overall wellness.
Samuels Group Furniture Solutions collaborated closely with the architect and clinic team throughout the project, utilizing thoughtful discussions, collaborative design meetings, and product demonstrations to identify furnishing solutions that aligned with the clinic’s vision. Each selection was carefully considered to balance aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics, and durability while creating a cohesive, design-forward environment.
The renovated clinic features a warm and inviting waiting area complemented by custom artwork, a welcoming reception area, and thoughtfully furnished spaces that support both patient care and staff productivity. Five private offices and the reception area incorporate ergonomic seating and height-adjustable workstations, promoting comfort and flexibility throughout the workday. Procedure and examination rooms feature practical, aesthetically coordinated furnishings selected to support clinical functionality while maintaining the clinic’s inviting atmosphere.
Additional spaces include a nurse station, shared offices, staff lounge, lactation room, multipurpose break and flex room, and dedicated mental health and wellness areas. Flexible tables and seating accommodate meetings, collaboration, and staff breaks, while integrated storage solutions provide organization and efficiency throughout the facility.
Through a collaborative, patient-centered approach, Samuels Group Furniture Solutions helped transform Willow Creek Women’s Clinic into a cohesive healthcare environment that seamlessly blends comfort, functionality, and contemporary design while supporting the well-being of patients and staff alike.
