The new Waushara County Government Center will combine all of the County's general government, courts, court related departments, human services, and the public health department into a new 135,ooo SF two-story free-standing building to be connected to the current county jail. Construction is anticipated to begin in March of 2022.
The Samuels Group provided project planning, pre-construction, and estimating services. A communications plan (including direct mail, website, and community information meetings) was developed to help educate and inform the public about the project.
The Samuels Group is currently serving as construction manager for the project.
