The Neighbors of Dunn County is a 12-building, 109,000 SF, 137-bed skilled nursing facility. Nine of the buildings are called "Neighborhoods" and consist of three separate building groups (East, Central, and West) surrounding a central "core" building. Each neighborhood home has its own screened front porch, outdoor courtyard, living room, kitchen, and den. Private bedrooms feature bathrooms, showers, and the newest amenities such as restaurant style dining, in-house satellite TV services, telephone services, and barber/beautician/spa services. Each building houses specific medical functions such as rehab, short and long term care, and memory care. The "neighborhood" is fully supported by the main administration facility and general operations.
The Neighbors of Dunn County is one of the first neighborhood-style, single-level, senior living facilities in Wisconsin. It is carefully designed to meet the varying needs of its residents while providing a home-style atmosphere.
