This project constructed a Bi-Plane procedure room with surgical capabilities for a new Neurological service line. Space included an OR/procedure room, a scrub area, a control room, a soiled hold space, and equipment room for supporting computer equipment for the bi-plane machine. The new suite was built on the fifth floor, new mechanical space was built on third floor, and the fourth floor was built as shelled space. Existing MEP systems were utilized and a new rooftop air unit was installed. Connections for future elevator was also included with the project.
