St. Croix County is the fastest-growing County in the state of Wisconsin. The expansion will give the County more space to offer more services to its growing population. This new expansion and renovation of the existing building is designed to meet the County’s needs for at least another 20-30 years. The expansion will support growth in the coming years and increase efficiency in the services offered to the County's residents.
Samuels Group has created phases to help minimize disruption throughout construction. Phase I of the project is construction of a new 144,000 SF addition to hold all of the county’s administration and support services. Once completed, Phase II will be to renovate 89,339 SF of the existing building into four new courtrooms and support services.
