This project was a 4,390 SF lobby remodel at the Peoples State Bank Corporate Office in Wausau. It was a team effort that included our internal design team, self-performed trades, construction management of subcontractors, and our furniture solutions group. The lobby waiting and engagement areas received new flooring, ceilings, painting, lighting, and the addition of acoustic panels, a fireplace, a new fancy coffee machine, and new furniture.
The client challenged our team to deliver the project as a phased open remodel. We worked closely with the Client to divide the area and to keep the lobby open and accessible to the public throughout construction. Phase 1 included installation of the new teller line and construction of two offices and the work room, while the existing teller line remained open for business. In Phase 2, the new Teller Line was open while we removed the old teller line, creating the space for the other four new offices.
