
What is Green/LEED?
Green, otherwise known as sustainable design, is the art of designing a building to reduce the negative impacts on the environment and to improve the health and comfort of its occupants. The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System is the national accepted standard for the design, construction, and operation of green buildings.
