The award winning Green Lake County Government Center in Green Lake, Wisconsin was completed in 2010. The project totals 158,000 square feet, including a new sheriff's department, 100-bed jail facility, a new court system and a health and human services department. The project was completed nearly $1 million dollars under budget. The new justice center allowed 150+ county employees to move out of a dated court house built in 1898 where many of them worked in dark, cramped offices. The new facility's 100 jail cells also addressed the need for Green Lake county to house inmates in facilities in other counties when the court house's 37 cells were filled. The project earned a Build Wisconsin Award in the category of General Contractor New Construction.

A 24,268 sf addition plus remodeling of 6,330 sf of the existing facility. Vehicle sallyport, booking area, remodel of medical facilities a vehicle storage building as well as technological upgrades such as camera systems and fire alarms were included in the project. The remodel made the facility safer and more secure for sheriff's office employees and occupants of the facility.

The Student Center makes up one component of the $75 million Upper Iowa University capital improvement project. The Student Center will become the social center of campus with a new café and dining facilities as well as television areas, a game room and offices. A 59,000 sf facility, The Student Center was completed in summer of 2011 and opened at the beginning of the Fall 2011 semester.

7,200 square foot facility housing the Natural Resource Department for The Lac Du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians. Positioned at the entrance to the Lac Du Flambeau Tribal Campground, the facility features office space, laboratories, classroom facilities and a campground store. Incorporating a multitude of green features such as photovoltaic and geothermal heating systems and many of the rooms use natural daylighting to reduce electrical lighting needs. The facility is expected to meet LEED certification requirements and was built as a model for future tribal green construction. The facility houses the Lac Du Flambeau Natural Resource Department. The Natural Resources Complex was designed and inspected by The Samuels Group who also performed construction management services on the facility. Samuels Group commercial furnishings division, Samuels Group | Environments furnished the complex.
