Construction Management @ Risk (CM@Risk)

Under the CM@Risk model The Samuels Group will handle subcontractor contracts and our expert estimators establish a realistic GMP to fit your budget and needs. As a business owner you have enough worries, with The Samuels Group as your CM@Risk provider we’ll take care of the headaches and you can concentrate on planning the move into your new building.

Construction Management Agency

If you prefer to handle some of the responsibilities involved with your project, The Samuels Group will allow you the latitude you want while working with your architect to provide you the best possible project for your money. We understand that building your commercial project is something over which you might wish to maintain some control and we’ll ensure that the level of cooperation with all of your subcontractors and your designer is maintained and the project runs smoothly.

Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)

The Samuels Group can provide you expert assistance with this efficient method for construction delivery. Already experienced in this brand new delivery method, The Samuels Group has several projects under its belt using IPD processes. The collaboration and team mentality needed for an IPD project to be successful is something that comes naturally to our friendly expert staff.

Negotiated General Contractor/CM

This term is often used interchangeably with CM@Risk and the selection method and contract are very similar to CM@Risk

Owner's Representative Services

Acting as the Owner's Representative, The Samuels Group closely oversees daily construction activities, monitors safety, coordinates on-site communication, and manages change orders and contingency management. The Owner's Representative Services also protects the owner from overpaying on change orders, ensures quality and closely watches the project schedule and budget.

Design/Build

The Samuels Group partners with key architects to provide you with a Design/Build project that will be efficiently designed and constructed by experts with years of experience. Our history of networking with strong architecture firms will ensure that the right designer gets chosen for your job.

Tenant Improvement

Whether your organization is planning a new facility or takes its occupancy in an existing building, tenant improvement services offered by The Samuels Group can assist you with everything from a tenant build out to an exterior facelift.

Development

Our development specialist can help you with services that may otherwise be overlooked during the construction process including providing capital for development projects by networking with investors and partnering with owners.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

In our role as the Construction Manager we utilize Building Information Modeling with the architectural firm. It does much more for our client's than create a pretty computer rendering of the future completed project. Significant time savings, improved communications and cost benefits are also realized by using the technology. With BIM, an organization can significantly reduce the occurrence of conflicts and resolve problems in the computer model before they ever become a problem in the field. BIM also assists in the ability to deliver buildings that comply with LEED standards through the use of energy analysis models
