Wausau, WI – January 12, 2010 – The Samuels Group, a Central Wisconsin based commercial contractor and design/build firm, announced today recent project wins for the company.
Dunn County recently selected The Samuels Group as the Construction Manager for the Dunn County Health Care Center project in Menomonie, Wisconsin. The project consists of the construction of a 47-bed, short-term care center and nine individual facilities of 10-beds that will be called “life centers.”
The existing health care center will be renovated and remodeled to serve as a central location for eight county departments. The estimated cost for the entire project is $33.2 million.
The Samuels Group has also been selected as the Owner’s Representative for the design phase of the Vilas County Courthouse Addition and Remodeling project in Eagle River, Wisconsin.
