We all know that building green has always been only slightly more expensive than traditional building before you ever calculate in the energy and water savings benefits you realize on a green building. Now, many more green building materials and techniques can be used with no extra cost or hassle. From pervious concrete to low VOC paint to recycled carpet, many green building materials can be purchased at the same price as their traditional counterparts.
